GKA appoints New Partner

GKA is proud to announce the appointment of Dayle White as a new partner who joined us in October 2009.

Dayle White, previously the executive general manager of Flight Centre South Africa, one of the country's largest, wholly-owned travel companies. During her ten year tenure at Flight Centre she rose through the ranks from regional accountant to Chief Financial Offer, Business Services Leader and was appointed managing director in 2004.

She has a finance degree and a Masters in Business Administration.

Ten years in the travel industry have brought about a very deep understanding and intricate knowledge of the industry, specifically the retail and leisure sectors.

Her experience as CFO and the Business Services Leader has enabled her to have complete confidence in her financial knowledge. She has intimate knowledge of how successful and powerful a wholly-owned model can be and will therefore know how to assist a Franchise Model overcome the obstacles it currently faces.

One of her greatest achievements during her time as Flight Centre's executive general manager was herability to grow profit (year on year) at a rate of 100%.
